“I found Brent just looking at properties as I usually do on line when I am heading down to the area. Random people call you because you have to put your name and number before you even get to see something. I never have much faith in this system because on 3 occasions either before I was in town or when I arrived in town the realtor has either lost interest upon our arrival or the last one even said. Well you know you should drive around and then give me a call … not Brent. He checked in often .. is the arrival date still the same. Confirmed the areas we were interested in amd when we arrived in Florida we had a full day planned. He worked with our crazy schedule. He gave us suggestions. He also knew so much about every area we were interested in. It wasn’t easy… I honestly did not know how difficult it was really going to be and I can be a bit difficult, the strangest things seemed to bother me but he always had a smile on his face, always, always pleasant.. Even one of the days he offered to pick us up and that was very beneficial since he knew all of the towns, thier pros and cons … it was information that only a local would know. We finally found something we fell in love with. You would think it’s all business after that but he continued to check in with us…. Recommended restaurants. And yes. They were always delicious …he even went as far to go back to the condo to take some measurements for us. And we did not even close yet .. home inspection and Closing was seamless … & I know it was because he was our realtor …Brent is a great guy., actually cares about what you want. What you like. What you don’t like and because of him we were able to find our dream place. We can not thank him enough for everything he has done for us and again always a proffesional, positive attitude and a smile. You definitely will not be disappointed with him by your side!
