About Murilo
I got into real estate after being a top producer selling windshield replacements for an auto glass company. I moved to Cape Coral with my roommate, who is now my business partner, Reed Penick, so we could both get licensed.
I focus on Cape Coral because it is where I live, and I focus on pool homes and waterfront homes for people who are finally making the move to Florida after years of vacationing here. I am good at understanding what someone wants and needs, and finding a home that fits their style.
I was born in Brazil and moved to the United States when I was five. I have lived in seven states, and I am happy to call Florida my permanent home. Outside of work, I like weightlifting, running, playing guitar, and cars. I am also a former certified personal trainer.
