About Reed
I help people buy and sell homes in Southwest Florida, from Cape Coral and Fort Myers down through Estero, Bonita Springs, and Naples. Most of my clients are moving here from somewhere else. I work with out-of-state relocators, snowbirds who finally made the move, investors, and buyers looking at the high end of the waterfront market.
My background is in sales, but the kind that comes down to listening carefully, telling people the truth about what they are looking at, and being the person who actually picks up the phone. I got into real estate in August 2025, and I build my business by building relationships. I moved here for the weather, the water, and the lifestyle, and I spent a lot of time in Florida as a kid, so the move felt like coming back to something familiar.
What I love most about this work is the research side. I build my clients real reports: community breakdowns, flood and hurricane history, what a street actually sold for versus what it is listed at, and whether a home’s gulf access is really gulf access. Buyers moving here from out of state are making a huge decision on limited information, and closing that gap is the whole job.
